Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and sent you will shortly receive an email with a tracking link. The tracking page can be found here or you can use our automated chat
There's an issue with delivery, can you help?
We will help as much as possible, however, many delivery companies don't allow us to act on your behalf so we would advise speaking to the delivery company to locate or rearrange delivery
Where do you ship to?
We are able to ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we aren't able to. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us via our online chat or at hello@norahsplace.com
How long does delivery take?
As we ship worldwide this can vary by country, we are able to provide an estimate for the majority of places but we usually advise 5-18 days after processing
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you change your mind please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order, once an order has been dispatched we are unable to recall it. If your order has been dispatched please refer to our returns policy
What is your 90-day no green guarantee?
If any item of our jewellery turns green within 90 days of purchase we will replace your item free of charge. We reserve the right to refuse the 90-day no green guarantee if the item has been damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear, more infomation can be found in our refund policy
